Job Title: On-Site Vaccination Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vaccination Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of vaccination events across various locations. This role will primarily focus on the logistical coordination, scheduling, and on-site support of vaccination drives, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. When not assigned to an event, the coordinator will provide general administrative support to the team.

βœ… Coordinate with the medical team regarding the vaccination schedule

βœ… Act as the on-site point of contact during vaccinations, ensuring operations run smoothly.

βœ… Prepare and distribute vaccination documentation (e.g., timestamp, vaccination report)

βœ… Collect feedback and suggest improvements to the vaccination program

Company Pharmacist/Product Specialist (Quezon City, Full Time, Onsite)

Job Description:

1. In charge of monitoring of vaccines, cold chain storage, and ensuring proper handling of the products

2. In charge of the inventory and maintaining of stocks such as vaccines, on site vaccination materials, medicines, ice gels and styro boxes

3. Monitors the availability of stocks, prices, brands, and expiry of the vaccines and medicines from principals/ suppliers to be purchased

4. Coordinates with the supplier to request CPR, CGMP, and LRC of the product

5. Prepares Purchase Request and Purchase Order for vaccines, medicines, on-site vaccination materials, and other supplies

6. Coordinates with the suppliers to confirm the Purchase Order and delivery schedule of the items ordered.

7. In charge of the preparation of the vaccines and medicines to be dispatched to different customers

8. Check and receive the delivery of the vaccines, medicines, and other items if it matches to PO.

9. Handles on-site vaccination activities schedules and assigns the required medical team needed for the on-site vaccination

10. Maintains and updates the database of the product to its costs per supplier

11. In charge of the processing of the FDA License to Operate and other FDA-related documents

Qualifications:

– Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

– PRC Licensed Pharmacist

– 1-2 years of experience

– Proficient with Microsoft Office

– Preferably with work experience in FDA-related matters

– Has the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision

– Must be organized, a fast learner, and keen on details

– Strong interpersonal and time management skills
